  • Oklahoma Breastfeeding Hotline (OBH) - 1-877-271-6455 (MILK) or Text OK2BF to 61222.
    • OBH is available to anyone from anywhere.  Our International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) reply to calls & texts 7:00am - 7:00pm(CT). Urgent options available for the IBCLC to contact you back within 1 hour, no matter the time of day.  Callers will be asked to leave a confidential message and an IBCLC will return your call. Texters will be asked a series questions that need to be answered before the IBCLC can contact you back.  *Note* Texting OK2BF to 61222 will register your number with OBH in order to receive text messages from our texting system. You may have to pay for texting from your cell service. The Oklahoma Breastfeeding Hotline is an Oklahoma Breastfeeding Resource Center program supported by the Maternal and Child Health Services Title V Block Grant and the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH).

    • Services available in English & Spanish. PSI is available 24 hours a day
    • Leave a confidential message and a trained and caring volunteer will return your call or text.
  • National Crisis Text Line - Text HOME to 741741 from anywhere in the United States, anytime. Crisis Text Line is here for any crisis. A live, trained Crisis Counselor receives the text and responds, all from our secure online platform. The volunteer Crisis Counselor will help you move from a hot moment to a cool moment.
  • Maternal Health Hotline - PHONE OR TEXT ACCESS TO PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS REAL-TIME SUPPORT AND INFORMATION RESPONSE WITHIN A FEW MINUTES, 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK. The hotline is accessible by phone or text at 1-833-9-HELP4MOMS (1-833-943-5746) in English and Spanish. TTY Users can use a preferred relay service or dial 711 and then 1-833-943-5746.
