Amanda L. Parsons, M.A., RDN/LD, IBCLC is a dietitian and lactation consultant with a passion for supporting clients while helping them to identify nutrition solutions that work best for their lifestyle - whether it’s helping a mom reach her breastfeeding goals, identifying allergy friendly snack and meal solutions for families facing a food allergy diagnosis or carefully addressing weight and growth. No matter what the concern, Amanda’s goal is to help individuals create simple approaches for feeding themselves or their families – creating stress -free, enjoyable meal time solutions.
Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Oklahoma and is a Licensed Dietitian and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She has over 10 years of experience in nutrition counseling, maternal and child health, corporate wellness, menu design and public speaking.
Amanda has a unique ability to translate recommendations and scientific research into personalized guidance designed to best meet her client’s lifestyle and goals. As a dietitian, Amanda has a true passion for food – getting far too much enjoyment from studying, shopping for and creating new recipes.
